Five services, one method. We use hot water extraction on almost everything because it removes soil rather than redistributing it, and we adjust the heat, pressure and chemistry to suit the fibre in front of us.

Priced by the room, quoted before we start.
Every quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins. The figure you are given is the figure you pay, unless you add rooms on the day.

What changes the price
Condition is the main variable. A lightly soiled bedroom carpet that gets done every year takes a fraction of the time of a lounge that has not been touched in six years and has a dog living on it. Access matters too, a third floor apartment with no lift takes longer to set up than a ground floor townhouse.
Additional treatments such as heavy pet urine decontamination, carpet protector or deodorising are quoted separately so you can decide whether you want them. We will never add them to an invoice without asking first.
There is a minimum charge for very small jobs, which covers travel and setup. If you have only one room, it is usually worth adding a hallway or a sofa to get better value from the visit.
